Terence has been successfully spearheading Jobscan’s operations, talent mandates and advisory services for over 18 years. His ability to understand the talent needs of clients that span across multiple industries and from global corporations to small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) is part instinct, part experience. He has an innate ability for connecting and engaging with individuals, gauging their strengths and weaknesses, nurturing their skills and driving them forward in their careers. He holds an Engineering and Business Management qualification and specialises in projects for large global corporations and local conglomerates, primarily within the Oil, Power, Building Technology, Aviation, Construction and Engineering sectors.

Monisha drives the Emiratisation recruitment and Outplacement for the organisation. Her years of experience have evolved from early days of Emiratisation within the banking domain to the current diktats for Emiratisation in the Public, Banking & Private Sector. She successfully manages Executive Search assignments, Recruitment, Projects, Management Training Programmes, Assessment Centre Management, Counselling and Consultancy.
Monisha also leads the team in Service & Delivery, with a focus on delivering the highest level of recruitment standards. She consistently delivers outstanding results to partner clients & candidates. She believes in creating the right “customer experience” in recruitment and directs the resourcing team effectively, ensuring timely delivery and total client satisfaction. With 20 years of recruitment experience, she has personally delivered search mandates to over 320 global firms, banks, financial institutions, corporations, Government entities and regional conglomerates. Research practices and areas of expertise include Emiratisation, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Legal, HR and Fintech.
Her success mantra is “Make it happen” and she is passionate about environmental issues, particularly recycling, energy conservation and food wastage reduction.
