As a full supporter of the UAE’s Emiratization drive, Jobscan has been committed to introducing Emiratis into the local economy, particularly within the Government and banking sector since the early 2000s.
We actively participate in government-led initiatives to introduce and facilitate the large scale introduction of Emiratis into various sectors of the UAE economy. Our long-term involvement and expertise in Emiratization has resulted in Jobscan being selected to consult and deploy Emiratization drives for many local companies.
In support of Vision 2021 and MoHRE’s decision to localize jobs in the private sector, Jobscan actively consults with key decision-makers on their Emiratization game plan.
One of our primary Emiratization projects was for a leading Abu Dhabi-based airline that required top graduate Emirati performers who could be developed into leaders in various roles across the airline industry.
