To assist and support the client’s strategic plan to set up a global finance hub in Dubai and reallocate personnel from its offices in Europe and America to the UAE. Jobscan was awarded the project for recruiting key professionals from within the Middle East, in the specific areas of Finance, Audit, Accounts, ERP, both functional and technical experts. The project involved a search for qualified personnel in support of the required experience levels, management capabilities and leadership skills.
The Jobscan team was able to propose candidates with the requisite qualifications, experience, skills sets and salary bands by mapping out talent from targeted regional companies. More importantly the ‘cultural fit and independent approach to problem solving’ skills sets that were a client prerequisite were met. The project was successfully completed within the given timelines.
